Founded at the creation of the Kingdom, DEATH (also known as the Detective Excellency And Theocratic Hounds) has played a large role within the internal and external affairs of the nation. Used typically as a military police, they also serve as a special guard unit - highly trained elite soldiers who receive direct orders from the Electorate.
Due to the increasing criminal activity and rebellious nature of the citizens of Enolere, DEATH has become a more prominent force stapling down the law in the name of safety and order. Most members of DEATH are viewed as robotic, never questioning their orders or displaying any emotions other than 'virtue', in which equals to them enforcing the rules of their society, as well as the Queen's wishes. Despite losing 3/4ths of their brethren in a tragic war that lasted 11 years, very few openly expressed their dissatisfaction or anguish.
Looking deeper into the minds of DEATH personnel, every individual within the military was recruited at the ripe age of five, only individuals who showed extraordinary promise in the field of magick would be drafted. From that age they were raised and treated as soldiers, causing them to grow and mature in a sheltered quarters of only themselves and their comrades. Feelings such as love for the outside world was carved from their hearts, love for freedom being taken as well. While they may question if this is something that they truly want, this is something that they only know, and can truly open up to.
Thus breeds the stoic expression of many DEATH members, whom show lack of patience of love for their fellow countrymen; only bonding completely with those exactly alike them - other members of the organization, DEATH.
Rules of DEATH 1) All personnel of DEATH were drafted from their original families at the age of five, therefore should have very foggy memories of their old life, their mothers, fathers, or any other siblings. The younger the character, the more clearer the memories are still prominent - but anything exceeding thirteen years of age will make memories of the past a bit more difficult to recall.
2) DEATH members do have emotions, they simply don't open up to anyone unless they are DEATH personnel as well. DEATH members are very mistrusting of anyone else, and often are viewed as anti-social or bitter when speaking to normal citizens or even the Electorate. This bitterness can come from various things such as jealousy of their freedom, hatred for their freedom, hatred for how oblivious the average citizen is of the difficulty of protecting them all, so on and so forth. Most DEATH individuals are cynical, deep down inside, even if they have an outer personality of optimism and happiness.
3) DEATH individuals can be of any race, as they are selected based on their potential in the arcane works.
4) DEATH hates Carnage and Theocracy with a passion, having been brainwashed at a young age to blame those two organizations for the difficulty of their life, and the necessity of having the organization known as DEATH. Though as members grow older they tend to question this belief, often losing their sense of identity in the process and causing a mental breakdown.
5) As Stated above, as DEATH members grow older, they begin to form their own beliefs and opinions despite what has been taught to them and crammed into their skull. This has been dubbed by the Electorate as "Heart Clock", a joking name at how as a member of DEATH grows older, his heart begins to fill with different emotions and feelings as he explores the outside world while doing his duties. "As the clock strikes twelve, only DEATH awaits the hounds", a mockery of the organization members who suffer from this claimed 'disease'. Those who end up 'questioning' their belief or the system are stated to have this disease and removed from the organization - or drugged so that they begin working in a android fashion. If worse comes to worse, they simply execute individuals who begin 'developing the disease' to avoid it 'spreading' to the other members hearts. This breeds the mistrust towards the Electorate.

In every society there will always be those not so well off. These people will turn their heads to crime in effort to make a name for themselves, and before you know it - carnage will rise. Murder, bloodshed, anarchy. The individuals completing the syndicate known as Carnage are bloodthirsty dogs that care only for the fame and success within this life, unforgiving and intolerant of anything less. Money. They want it.
Carnage is actually the youngest of the three main organizations, having just been created during the recent turbulence within their Kingdom. Most members are young, but quite a number are also older, giving the organization a diversity between sex, age, and race. Don't get the wrong idea - just because you're in the same organization doesn't mean you'll be welcomed. It has been known as a fact that a member of Carnage will kill another if they get in their way, or slow them down. Screwing up is not an option, getting another caught, even by mistake, is a death penalty in the group.
Taking jobs undercover from the Electorate as well as the Theocracy, Carnage is a neutral group that does not fuck around. Many of their jobs are top-notch, and they perform with absolute excellency. If you don't have what it takes, you're simply killed off. There is no leaving Carnage after becoming involved, and your only escape is through death.
Rules of Carnage 1) Members of Carnage vary in age, sex, and race. All are unique, as well. The general story with its members is individuals coming from low class families who need to make cash to live, though there are others who join simply due to their sick obsessions, and others who join simply because they want to become famous and intimidating.
2) Carnage is all about the sins, baby. Seduction is not something unheard of within the group, and is often the top tool to get close enough to their victims. Members of Carnage are trained to be capable of using their bodies first before their weapons, and many Electorate don't know that Carnage tends to own most of the prostitutes and geisha throughout the Kingdom. Be loyal, and you might keep your dick.
3) In reality, there is no set 'leader' for Carnage, but it isn't exactly a problem. Generally, the best assassin of Carnage is looked up to and respected as the leader, based on his or her charisma and understanding of how everything works. Those who are recognized as the leader are given the title 'Satan' or 'Devil' before their name; example: Satan Alistair, Devil Joshua.
4) Carnage is death enabled.

A religion that was founded merely a few decades after the creation of the Kingdom, Theocracy is now one of the leading religions within Enolere. The Theocrats believe in their lord, Dio (thus giving them the general term of Dioists), whom is reincarnated within the body of different race every passing of the former Dio. Finding the new Dio is rather simple, as the Dio will only reincarnate himself within a body ranging from the age of 11 to 22, bearing heterochromia and a name beginning with the letter "R". (Yes, they're quite crazy.)
Despite how fictitious this may seem, it is not the fact that they believe the person bearing such features is or is not their God, for after gaining control of the Rebirth Grimoire the deified individual will have gained great power and influence within the art of magick. You may question if a book is that powerful, why does no one else lay eyes on it? Theocrats believe that the key to understanding and being capable of using the spells within the Rebirth Grimoire is in the heterochromia eyes, and due to the fact many people do not have these sort of eyes - only one can read it and understand it. But don't be fooled. Theocracy is a big follower of magick using, most of its followers being Witches and Wizards of high caliber.
Above having a prized black magick book within their possession, the Theocrats are known to be charming speakers and individuals who dabble in manipulation magicks, which indulge the listeners and forces them to sincerely think about the state of the land they live within. While their methods are wrong, Theocracy genuinely cares for the Kingdom and has only just recently become more aggressive in attempts to take over the throne, based on the Queen's inability to properly rule, and her arrogant and spoiled attitude. Yet, to avoid destruction of the Kingdom, many of the battles have been rather small and instead Theocracy has set their eyes on collecting ancient artifacts that will aid them in their attempt to take over the government.
Rules of Theocracy 1) Theocracy follows the word of their Dio, a deity that has reincarnated himself within the body of a mortal body, every time one body ceases to exist - the spirit is reincarnated within another Theocrat with the required features, regardless of gender or race. After finding the new Dio, the title "Dio" is added respectively to the name of the reincarnated god. Please PM me first requesting if you would like to make a character to play as a 'Dio', but do realize that your character will be death enabled.
2) Theocracy, despite popular belief, lives their life in the normal fashion. It does not believe in oppression, and values harmony and peace above violence and disturbance. Theocrats are known to be great magick users, studying the arcane knowledge from their youth until their death, only using the magick in cases of self-defense and to help others. Just recently when they became more aggressive, they decided to use their magicks in the form of a holy war to free them from the chains of oppression.

Individuals who have been blessed by the Queen to become 'nobility', who rule under her grace. The Electorate is a large body hand selected politicians and generals who control the government 'for the Queen', and in this way run the government 'how they want it'. Most Electorates have become greedy and sinister, though there are quite a few remaining that believes in the finer graces, and has hopes to steer the government in the right path. However, due to their small size against those whom have immersed themselves in the power they have gained, they cannot openly oppose them without fearing for their lives.
Due to the large size of the Kingdom, each Electorate member represents a different city within the land of Enolere. However, they are to frequent the capital city more often now due to the brewing tensions of civil war, and due to some attempts at assassination on their fellow colleagues.
Rules of Electorate 1) Being an Electorate makes your character death enabled. Each Electorate has the ability to command many NPCs, including 'troops' outside of DEATH (these troops have little to no magick ability). However, all Electorate members are of some skill within the arcane, not making them completely hopeless.
2) Every month on the days from 28th to 31st, the Electorate holds a meeting in the capital cities grand hall, in which they discuss the affairs of the world and the Kingdom, as well as make plans for what they will attempt to pursue within the following month. Their choices on what they will pursue will have the effect to change the sites plot, cause major events, among other history altering actions. Playing a character of the Electorate is large responsibility, please don't let us down.
